Viewing & Property Advisory FAQ
Everything you need to know about scheduling physical site visits, booking live diaspora walkthroughs, and consulting with our property team.
How quickly will the Zuri Estates advisory team respond to my enquiry?
Our advisory desk responds to all website contact submissions, emails, and WhatsApp messages within 24 hours during business days. For urgent property viewings or time-sensitive purchase discussions, reaching out directly via phone or WhatsApp receives the fastest response.
Can I schedule a physical site inspection or show house viewing?
Yes. We coordinate accompanied site inspections across all listed residential developments and completed homes in Nairobi and coastal Kenya. We recommend scheduling your visit at least 24 to 48 hours in advance so our consultants can confirm unit access and entry clearance with on-site project management.
How do virtual property walkthroughs work for diaspora and overseas clients?
For Kenyans living in the diaspora and international purchasers, we host live, interactive video walkthroughs via WhatsApp or Zoom. An advisor walks you through the actual unit, inspects interior finishes, verifies natural light, views the neighbourhood access roads, and answers your questions in real time.
Where is the Zuri Estates office located and can I visit in person?
Our advisory office is located in Kilimani, Nairobi, near Yaya Centre. We welcome in-person client consultations by appointment from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Does Zuri Estates charge buyers a viewing or advisory fee?
No. Property discovery consultations, developer project comparisons, and accompanied site walkthroughs are provided to buyers at zero agency commission on new residential developments. Our advisory services are remunerated directly through developer marketing agreements at no added cost to the purchaser.
What information should I share to receive the most relevant property recommendations?
Sharing your intended property use (such as a personal family home or buy-to-let rental asset), target budget range, preferred neighbourhoods, required bedroom count, and purchase timeline allows our advisory desk to prepare a tailored shortlist of vetted properties before our first call.
Can Zuri Estates connect me with independent conveyancing lawyers in Kenya?
Yes. We regularly advise clients to appoint reputable, independent conveyancing advocates registered with the Law Society of Kenya (LSK). Independent advocates conduct official land registry searches on Ardhisasa, authenticate Sectional Properties Act titles, and manage client escrow accounts securely.
What happens after I submit the contact form?
Your enquiry is assigned directly to a dedicated property consultant. We review your specifications, verify current availability and pricing directly with the developer, and contact you through your preferred channel with relevant floor plans, brochures, and next steps.
